New agents join Prudential CRES Cincinnati

Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate’s Corporate Office in Cincinnati, Ohio and its broker, David Mussari, are proud to announce the addition of several agents to their commercial real estate roster.
Stanley Glasser was a senior vice president with Coldwell Banker Commercial United Realty Services in Cincinnati before coming to Prudential CRES. He has been involved in real estate for over 50 years in Ohio, New York, Missouri, Michigan, Florida, Jamaica and the West Indies.
Tom Hamons, SIOR, was also a senior vice president with Coldwell Banker Commercial United Realty Services. Hamons has been active in commercial real estate since 1981 and has been actively involved over the years with the Greater Cincinnati Board of Realtors. Tom lives in Monfort Heights with his wife of 47 years, Lynn.
Larry Willey, CRB, is a senior vice president at Prudential CRES and has been involved in real estate for more than 25 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a past president of Cincinnati Board of Realtors and was named “Realtor of the Year” in 1985. He is a member of CRECGC, OAR and NAR.
John Picton has been involved in the sale and leasing of commercial, industrial and investment properties in Ohio and Kentucky since 1982. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the South and he is a member of Cincinnati Board of Realtors and the St. Thomas Housing Corporation. John is involved in Habitat for Humanity and Winners Walk Tall.
Tracy Fowler began his real estate career in 1996 after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati the previous year. He has worked with Goodwill Industries, Volunteers of America and the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of CABR, OAR and NAR...
Doug Rockel began his real estate career in 2004 at Coldwell Banker Commercial United Realty Services. He specializes in office sales and leasing, tenant representation and land deals. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education and Sports Communication from Bethany College in Bethany, W.V. He has represented Toyota Boshoku America, University of Cincinnati, Dov Limited and the City of Reading. He is a member of CBR, NAR and OAR.
Michael Margolis has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, with expertise in all commercial property types. Some of his recent clients include: Youthland Academy, R. Lucke Interests, Mike’s Car Wash, First Financial Bank, and Family Dollar. Mr. Margolis holds a Masters in Real Estate. from Wisconsin and an undergraduate degree in Finance from Indiana.
Mort Zemsky, a veteran commercial real estate practitioner, has also been added to the Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate roster.
Alle Rorie joined Prudential CRES as a commercial sales representative. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from the University of Kentucky in 2008.
